Blindspots

You know how we're all pros at spotting other people's flaws but somehow miss our own? That's lesson one. And even when we're in total denial about our own issues, others can usually see them as clear as day - that's lesson two!
It's kind of like having two versions of yourself: the one you think you are, and the one everyone else sees. Here's the kicker - other people often have a clearer picture of who we really are than we do! But this isn't necessarily a bad thing. If we can put our ego aside and actually listen to how others see us, it's like getting a free reality check.
Think of it as looking in a mirror versus having someone take your photo - sometimes that outside perspective shows things you might have missed. When we understand this gap between who we think we are and how we actually come across, we can start making meaningful changes to become more like the person we want to be.
